What’s the best way to take care of my jewelry?
The jewellery should be handled with care and washed with plain water to keep clean. For polishing or any other requirements, please bring the jewellery to our store and we will fix or polish the jewellery free of charges until 3 years from the date of purchase.
For additional care, please take off the jewellery before going to sleep and avoid prolonged exposure to heat, water or chemicals. Do not chew or put jewellery in your mouth and keep it covered while not using it. Also, clean it with water when used on a regular basis.
Can I have my order gift-wrapped?
Yes, certainly. We have customer gift wrapping options available on all Jewellery. Please contact us for gift wrapping and packaging information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We are currently accepting PayPal, Visa or Debit cards for Online payments and Cash or Bank cheques for In store purchases.
How do I find out my jewellery size?
Please visit us at our location for sizing enquiries or kindly use a tape to measure the size before submitting the order.
What are the product return and refund policy?
We accept return of the products and offer a full refund within 30 Business days of the purchase. However upon return, the Making Charges will be deductible from the Refund value on all days of return. The Precious metal refund value is based on the current Canadian market rate of precious metals.
